Enamel Colander

To keep the characteristics of this process the small air bubbles and chippings in the enamel coating are a key feature to attain the nostalgic look. The enamelling process of melting the powder glass onto metal at approximately 800°C was first used in the 18th century.

The colander is tastefully designed with a black painted line around edges of the white enamel. It has two loop handles which can be used to attach it on a kitchen hanger from the ceiling. Thanks to the flat stand at the base it can also be free standing.
