To keep the characteristics of this process the small air bubbles and chippings in the enamel coating are a key feature to attain the nostalgic look. The enamelling process of melting the powder glass onto metal at approximately 800°C was first used in the 18th century.
The dish is tastefully designed with black printing on white enamel and a black painted line around the top edge. The inside measurements are 4.5cm x 10cm and holds 0.3 litres.
