The decorative potty is carefully crafted from strong sheet steel. The real enamel coating is finished using the traditional manufacturing process used hundreds of years ago. To keep the characteristics of this process the small air bubbles and chippings in the enamel coating are a key feature to attain the nostalgic look. The enamelling process of melting the powder glass onto metal at approximately 800°C was first used in the 18th century.
The potty is tastefully designed with black French Le Bain printing on white enamel with a black painted line around the top edge. It has a large 7cm hadle. The inside measurements are 12cm x 17cm and holds 3 litres.
