The decorative candle holder is carefully crafted from strong sheet steel. The real enamel coating is finished using the traditional manufacturing process used hundreds of years ago. To keep the characteristics of this process the small air bubbles and chippings in the enamel coating are a key feature to attain the nostalgic look. The enamelling process of melting the powder glass onto metal at approximately 800°C was first used in the 18th century.
The candle holder is tastefully designed with a thin black painted line around the edges of the white enamel. The candle holder is suitable for an approx. 2cm thick tapered candle. Complete with drip tray for melted wax and a loop handle for carrying.
